The Bethune Condos project is an excellent example of an historic, adaptive reuse. The building was built for the Buffalo Meter Company in 1917 and has now been renovated to accommodate 87 loft style apartments. The original layout of the building was protected in the renovation process to enhance the individual units; they are unique and exciting, as the following unit types show.
We have grouped units by number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Determine how many bedrooms and bathrooms you need, and then reference the unit type and associated floorplan below.
